Well I had to explain to him the method (I couldn\'t bring myself to charge another street legal buggy brotha!) that needed to be used because the BMS MSO is butt wiping material because it lists the model as ATV / GO KART.  

When I originally went into the tag office to registered I showed them GA Law that shows these do not qualify as ATVs or Karts of any sort due to size dimensions and power output.  Their response? \"It doesn\'t matter what the law says, it says ATV / GO KART on the MSO we can\'t register it\"

Ok fine -  I\'ll use YOUR system against you.

I only paid $20 to register under my method.  You know what they would have gotten the first way?  Over $600 due to out of state sales taxes and what not.

Government being dumb idiots.  Big surprise right?

I pray that you and your family are doing well tonight. I just wanted to let you know that with your assistance we were blessed to register our dune buggy today and get a plate. They registered it as a dune buggy and the process went quite well and very smooth. Thank you again for all of your help, because you had already set the precedent....
