I\'m mostly looking to make new car friends. Some one that can help me out and that I can definitely return the favor to. But as for now, I am pulling the sr20 from my 240sx and got the mounts, driveshaft and harness pulled through the firewall but when I try lifting engine the front end of the car comes up. Im sure its something simple I\'m missing but I\'m just running out of steam as my mechanic skills are limited to what I can find on google.

Without knowing more or seeing pics I\'d say check:

1) have you pulled out the shifter? Could it be catching the front of the shifter cutout?

2) Did you just unbolt the transmission from its mount (2 bolts) or did you remove the whole transmission mount (4 bolts)? I\'d remove the whole mount and put it aside
