3 piece wheel bolts/wheel refinishing

I'm looking to have my HRE barrels refinished in satin bronze and replace the wheel bolts...obviously HRE won't sell me bolts.  Anywhere local to pick something like that up?  I can get the bolts from ARP, but they don't sell black.  I'd love to support a local business.

Anyone have a suggestion on where to get the barrels painted/pc'd?

I dunno of anywhere locally that you'll find replacement hardware nice enough to go on wheels.
