Registration on lockdown until spammers pass

A message to All:

If you're a legit person from the CSRA that is trying to register on the site, please take a second to fill out the contact form up top and send a message with the user name you registered and we will manually approve you.

The site has seen over 300 new user registrations since Sunday. To prevent the site from becoming a spammers haven, we had to take these measures.
