Lost a family friend last night
« on: March 02, 2012, 09:38:56 AM »
He was a 24 yr old kid.  Bought the bike in the beginning of Feb.  SV1000, not my recomendation as a first bike but he seemed to be a pretty good rider.  He was a good kid.  Specifics havent been said but it looks like a expedition turned in front of him clipping him and the bike.  Not sure if the expedition blew through the light or if he was at fault.   He flew about 100ft.  Pronounced dead last night at GCHS.

Be careful out there guys... some things are out of our control and those are the ones that get you hurt/killed.

RIP Moses.

I think he worked at the plant right behind mine, he had only been there a few months. Never really got the chance to talk to him but seemed like a nice guy when we passed in parking lot, sorry for your loss. :(

Yeah, I heard about this all over the radio.  I think the lady was charged with vehicular manslaughter.
