Title: Walbro Fuel Pump Part # GSL392

Been talking to Marc past few days as it seems my fuel pump is toast for some reason.

All the buggy guys I talk to recommend going to a quality Walbro 60psi pump, the part # is GSL392.

Can you do a price check and ETA on that for me?

And if you have a suggestion for any other brand that is quality but maybe cheaper I am all ears.

$95. I\'d take the advice of someone who has already done this if I were you. You can\'t get any help from where you bought it?

My fuel pump setup is a simple exterior inline pump with just a ground and live wire connection, no ECU controll at all.

All I need to do is put the new one in place of the old one.

Great thing about this buggy, remove the rear wing lid and my fuel filter and fuel pump are right there. lol

And through the marvel of technology, I present you with an extremely detailed and accurate schematic *

(Basically remove the line going to engine components, turn the ignition on, an no num nums sprays out the blue thingie, but red thingie and lines between red thingie and blue thingie full of gas.  Gas was even in the line from das juice tank to red thingie)

Nice! I would say you are right, but I\'d test it off the vehicle before I replaced it just to be sure or hook another fuel source up to the buggy and see if that works.

The relay tested fine, but yes - going to run some thick gauge wire straight from the battery to the fuel pump as a last ditch effort to see if some point past the relays its not getting juice (or enough)

Oh yea, got it up and running Friday afternoon.

Ended up going with an Airtex E2000 fuel pump, good for 70-90psi for $80 after tax from local auto store.  Cheapest thing they had for EFI motor.
