I usually fax mine to my cpa in AL but dont want to gho to all that trouble this year. Plus I\'m thinking there is probably someone out there that can do a better job . I\'ve asked around but I get a lot of \"I use H&R block\" responses and that\'s not acceptable.

I\'ve been doing my own taxes for many years.
Unless you run your own business or doing a hell of a lot of itemizing its fairly simple to do and CHEAP.
CPA\'s I have used for the most part just plug in the numbers you give them and charge you. I simply go through my previous years returns and keep things in line and plug in numbers.
www.taxact.com is what I use and it makes things fairly simple.. its free to run through it too.. if you like your refund amount file it.. if not at least you have something to go off of when you find a cpa.
